Returns

Software Products

1. Software products cannot be returned after a License has been issued, neither can they be refunded.
2. If the software has been downloaded, it can be downloaded again at no cost for the life of the product
3. If the CD or packing is damaged in shipping form Clear Rock Ltd. and Clear Rock is informed within 14 days then the pack will be reissued free of charge. There is no need to return the orriginal. N.B. The license overrides all installation agreements here.

Hardware Products

1. Clear Rock Ltd does not specilise in selling hardware
2. All hardware is sold on the basis of the suppliers warranties. Please contact us about them before you buy.
3. If a hardware product is advertised the warranties and returns will be published seperatly.
