Self Storage Management Application
This program is a stand alone application designed assist with the day to day running of Self Storage sites. We have entered no limit to the number of units you can add
and simply charge a license for each site.
We have watched the way Self Storage operators work and have moulded this program to fit in with busy offices that need easy to follow software.
Currently this is available as stand alone or networked.
It features:
- Simple listing of all available spaces
- Very simple allocation of new or existing customers to a space to a new or
existing tenant
- Generate an agreement form for the tenants signature
- Generate a Terms printout
- Shows which storage units are available or what customers have which units
- Shows which customers are due to be billed, and will automatically charge on a
specified cycle (e.g. 7 days, 28 days, Monthly..)
- Simply generates an invoice
- Shows a summary of what each customer owes on the main form so you can easily
chase them up
- Handles deposits and return deposits
